Black Bay 58 Opportunity

Hey all! I have a deposit on a Black Bay 58 on bracelet that is due in next week. I have decided that I no longer want that watch. I figured I'd ask the forum to see if anyone would like it since they're not really flowing into ADs in large numbers yet. Not looking to make any money here, just want to pass on the opportunity to get the watch to a fellow watch lover.

I am #1 on a list paid in full. I didn't know that the AD's get a heads up on when they are arriving. How does yours know?

No idea. He called me yesterday and said it'll be ready for pickup next week.

I just don't buy it when they say this. There's no way inventory at that price point isn't controlled to the point that they know it's status. They know when it's in transit etc.

When I purchased my Sub back in March the AD knew that they were allocated one and were pretty accurate as to it's arrival time - within a week of the promised date.

The 58 came in and I returned it. The bezel was misaligned by a pretty good amount. I apologize to anyone who wanted it, but I didn't feel right passing off a watch with a factory issue and I didn't want to have to wait for service to be completed.

I called my AD a few weeks ago about my GMT and they advised it will be early October it arrives, I called Rolex/Tudor HQ and they said the same.

The AD's must get some kind of info.
