How to Sell and not burn AD relationship

Not sure if this is the best place to ask this question. But I would like to hear from people who have done this in the past and get an idea of best practices. Obviously, if an AD gets you a highly desirable Rolex that has a waitlist the last thing they want to see is it for sale online with you making a profit on it. Particularly with things like the SS Sky Dweller, Pepsi GMT, Daytona.

What are best practices when selling something unworn from an AD. Sometimes they give me a call with something hard to get and I'll buy it, but I'm not certain I even really want to keep it in m collection. In this instance, they machine print my name, serial, AD company name etc. on the warranty card. I know that when posting online, it's best to black out the serial and this information but once you sell an item is there any "risk" in sending a warranty card with your name and purchase location printed onto the card?

If you're going to abuse their trust like that you're going to basically have to lie to them. Black out the info, serial number and don't sell to anyone you suspect is affiliated with your AD.. Next year or so always mention how much you love wearing it, maybe even ask how much they'd offer for it on a trade in for a new one so they suspect you still have it.

How to Sell and not burn AD relationship

Very easy, just give your salesman 50% of your profit in small bills.

The best practice is to buy only those watches you want to own and wear.

Maybe I should have been slightly more clear. I'm not getting everything they've got right away and selling it. But let's say 1 out of 4-5 items I get, I decide I'd rather just sell and not wear once my name gets called for it.

I can see how I wrote the first post it could seem like I am maliciously flipping every long waitlisted Rolex for 2x what I paid, but that's not the case!
