I bought my BLNR at the Metairie Lee Michaels last year and was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but I have a great relationship with them.

That's good to hear and as I stated earlier, it is completely consistent with my experience yesterday here in ABQ.

By the end of the year, I kind of think I'll be getting myself the Tudor GMT and I'm looking forward to my first purchase with them.

That was one of the first things I noticed about New Orleans when I moved there as an adult, and during the twenty-two years I lived there, and I'm a Louisianan, born and raised.

The staff at Beauchamp's Jewelers treated me like a member of the family through the years, so I imagine Ron will advise them about such things, if it is indeed necessary.

The people at Adlers on canal and in Metairie were extremely nice when we visited over Christmas.

I'm glad to hear that.

To clarify, I didn't mean that good, friendly service is impossible to come by in New Orleans, it's just that compared to other places, service staff can be what seems to be a bit tone deaf and detached, when you might be used to staff that's more attentive.
