Even with the recent ¨price adjustment¨ by Rolex for the UK, current exchange rates below $ 1.30usd per pound and $1.1250 per Euro. Rolex watch prices in most of the American continent which have dollar based pricing are the highest in the world.

It is still a bargain to buy in Europe.

I wouldn't call any luxury watch a bargain buy! But now you've opened my eyes to it, i'm going to buy two Daytonas immediately... (oh hang on, I can't find any)!

That may be true. However, with Rolex moving toward a model where we have to, in reality, pay market for what we want, then...it depends on what the market is where we live that dictates what the real pricing is.
