Center the clasp? 7/6 or 8/5?

How many people moved one link from the 12 side to the 6 side to center the clasp?

I have a "rolex" wrist and dont need any links out or in when I get a watch, but have noticed the clasp is off center to the outside and thinking on moving a link.

Do you put loctite 222 on the screw after you move it?

Other way round - I have to move a link from the 6 side to the 12 side.

I have found there is enough of the original white loctite on the screws and have never applied more but it you have an older model add some 222 loctite but put it carefully in the thread hole and not on the screw threads.

I normally remove one link from the 12 o'clock side. Having said that when the DSSD was sized I had my watchmaker remove the diver's extention upon fitting the watch. All other links remain in place. And yes, he brought the locktite out.
