Send to RSC immediately!! They have special Rolex towels, squeegees, rice, air driers and evaporator that should be able to get those drizzle spots off. You might want to get the HEV replaced, water is a killer for those.

It was worth braving the rain ... got to stop in at the AD. The manager screamed when she saw that I was treating my sacred Rolex in such a disrespectful manner.
First thing they did was remove my name from the LVc and Pepsi lists. Now I'm sad because my SD43 is ruined, and I'll never be able to get another SS professional Rolex (not that any "list" is going to result in a call). All joking aside, I did actually get to see their "lists", which were real with crossed out names at the top ... I guess they either got them or refused when they got the call. I think these lists are only the backup after all VIPs (PM buyers) have said "no thanks". I did have a nice conversation with the AD partner owner, who was a very nice guy. He gave me another (one for my office) Rolex catalogue and Magazine #08 (one with Explorer II Polar on cover). Both very nice for my office. I already have both at home on my coffee table. My wife thinks I'm crazy because I quiz her while flipping through the catalogue or magazine while watching TV at night. "Ok Babe, what is this bezel made of on the GMT Master II Pepsi? How do they achieve two colors? From what material is the hairspring made? What is the power reserve of the new 3235 movement?" She just looks at me and says, "Hush, I'm trying to watch this show." |

Do you have a rain spot remover kit?
Are Rolex holding back on these kits to create a bubble? Is it indeed water or is it bubbles? will the warranty card be any use now that its been splashed? Will RSC refuse to service due to H2O contamination? how long is it safe to leave the offending bubbles on the steel? Oxidizaaaaaaaaation!!!!!!!!
