"AUSTRALIA" - Cinematic Brilliance!!
Hey guys,
Go watch the film AUSTRALIA. 2 hours & 40 minutes of sheer stunning Cinematography and superb acting from Kidman and Jackman. Some Oscar material in this film. Kidman, of course, is as always at her very best. Jackman plays the typical Aussie bloke to the hilt!! The film is set in 1939 right across the outbacks of Australia. Realisation, coupled with excellent type casting, make this a most memorable film. Don't miss it!! I give it a FOUR star rating!! Definitely a BIG screen movie!! JJ

The photography is excellent and so is the story line, direction and good acting. Type-casting is mind-blowing. The Outback Aborigines are brought to the front in a brilliant manner. This is a must see film. Enjoy - JJ

I didn't think it was too bad either. The supporting cast was just as good as the stars, lots of old Aussie iconic actors.

Where's the old thread for this?
Also, go see Benjamin Button. Strongly recommend that movie. David Fincher is the Alfred Hitchcock of our time. A true master who has made his finest masterpiece. |
