30% off was too much to resist for a new Alpha 2. The line was just discontinued so they are hard to find. I may have picked up the last black 31 inch Alpha 2 available online in the US. This is my 4th TUMI piece and all of them are outstanding.

Nice catch, sadly I have also fallen for Tumi by picking up a Gatwick Explorer 22" carry on.

They really are one of the best.

They have the new Alpha 3 especially for them. It’s almost the same as the Alpha 2 but 15-20% more retail

Nice score....besides the Alpha 2 carry on I bought, I went back the next day and bought the Alpha 2 T-pass backpack in gray...used it the next day for a business trip. 1548488846281~2.jpeg

I kept pushing the salespeople and trying to wait them out but it never happened. Ended up just biting the bullet and I’m glad I did. The grey was an additional 20% off. I liked the color a lot but thought it might be too light and show wear. That and I really just had my heart set on the black.

Wow. Just looked at it and they’re charging more for revised exterior pockets and a USB cable. It doesn’t even have a built in battery pack.

My first thought was to go with the black when I headed out to buy my first piece last month (double expansion satchel). When I saw the pewter color I thought it looked great. When I found out it was 20% off it was a no-brainer. Yesterday I saw the 30% sale posted here and went back to grab the matching medium packing case. I purposely brought my receipt from last month's purchase and the sales associate was nice enough to credit me the extra 10% on my satchel bag.
