Always read these reviews with a grain of salt. They get sent these watches to wear for weeks and write reviews, hard to be critical when you want to keep getting future pieces from that brand to review - subtle balance.

What’s interesting to me is that it’s a skeleton rotor in the review yet on the AP site it is not!

Seems like prices are trending up.

DSW has an unworn K-Series 15400ST Blue Dial for right under $29K on his site right now.

yes it is going to be interesting to see how white dial prices go i think. my presumption is that AP may not do a silver/white dial for the 15500 because without "Automatic" down there it would be a relatively large empty space that in a lighter colour might look a bit "off". but that's just a theory. i guess elevated 15400 blue dial prices imply that people might prefer the 15400 over 15500. we will see if that is how it washes out. i doubt it myself.

I was in the market for a 15400, but now I’m holding off till I can get my hands on a 15500. The larger movement that fills out the 41mm case is one of the main reasons I’m not going for the 15400.

Also, as a 15400 blue dial owner, $27k+ for one seems a but ridiculous -- I seriously doubt anyone is going to pay that, but I hope they do, as it's good for me if I decide to sell mine!
I paid 25,500 for brand new K series and heard a gray got 32K for another brand new k series 15400 blue in the NYC diamond district - mid jan 2019.
