FS: An Early Rolex 1803 with Uncommon Dial and Hands
This is a yellow gold Rolex Day-Date with dauphine hands and unusually wide stick markers. The stick markers are unusual both for their size and shape as well as for the fact that they protrude over the lip of the pie-pan dial. The serial number, 98xxxx, dates the watch to 1963. Serial and reference numbers are clearly legible, but in these early Day-Dates, there is only one hallmark on the back of the case. The movement was fully serviced in 2017, and the watch keeps excellent time. The case has been previously polished, but was not polished in the 2017 service. The dial is a T-21 without cyclops.
$5600.00 by wire transfer or Paypal gift. Shipping included within the US; International at cost. |
