Rootbeer on Stainless.

That just looks weird. I put it on and man it looks weird.

The date doesn’t help much either. I love the root beer. When I go sub hunting it will be a root beer. The first one I noticed was in Firefox. Eastwood was wearing it and showing it off throughout the movie. Fell in love with the watch.

I’m guilty. Curiosity got the best of me. It sure felt funny on.

Eh ... I like the TT jubilee a little better.

As long as you're going for a TT sports watch, you might as well go all the way into deeply weird territory. :-)

I like either style but two tone. The all stainless makes the gold crown stick out. A little awkward. But if you like it, then power to you! I like the date wheel. Pretty cool.

OK @BigBlue1, post a proper pic of that two-tone dyster you just picked up on that fantastic looking Root Beer of yours! I live in weird territory, and I'll take that as a backhanded compliment.

I need someone to explain to me the appeal of these model gmt's. The dial, the case, the bezel, I can't stand it.

I'm not dissing anyones tastes, but i really don't get it yet I know these watches have a following. Is it a generational thing? Im in my mid 30s.

So, let's just forget the "I'm not dissing anyones tastes" statement, halfway through you proceeding to diss everyones tastes, oh, and age. Well played...

I’m in early 30s and love my root beer. I have 16760 as well. Different people have different taste. And styles change fairly frequently. We already see two tone designs starting to edge out vintage reissues in several brands new releases.

If you find yourself thinking what would other people think about this watch, I recommend being a bit more reflective and discover what sings to you. You might be surprised.

Look forward to seeing pics. Meant to ask, do you keep a crib sheet for the date, got the numbers memorized, or just don't care?

Somewhat memorized. Easiest way is to look at the date everyday and say the corresponding number. I find that to be easiest. Of course I care.

I'm 34 and love the rootbeer model. Some of us age faster than others though lol.
