Somebody asked about videos and their relevance. As a seller, I always film packing and placement of Uline tamper strips top and bottom, noting serial numbers of course. I encourage my buyers to film unpacking.

This is what makes videos relevant. Without this, who is to say that the shipping company didn't tamper with the box? Clear tape is available anywhere.

If the buyer sees the tamper tape is popped, then they should refuse the package or immediately file a claim. If it is intact, film the opening as a precaution.

Well, it either would have showed up with a watch, or he would have refused it because it showed evidence of tampering. Both are better positions than he is in now.

Uline makes the serial numbered pieces shown. You can get it directly from their site. Amazon also sells similar stuff from other manufacturers, but I'm partial to the Uline product.

This seller went bad once he flipped flopped the original deal. What makes anyone think that the seller didn't say to himself.... screw it i am not just keeping one, i am keeping both and sending the buyer a box of (insert whatever you want here). I am pretty sure a rolex never made it into a box to ever make it into the fed ex store. The buyer (overseas) is never going to get anywhere in this mess. and the seller knows it. Good luck

So the seller told me he's going to sell me a hulk and batman.
After wired was done. He told me that his gf wants the hulk and he decided to keep it and send me the blnr instead.
He's going to refund me the hulk funds, and sent me a bank form showing that he did.
The bank told him it's going to take 5 working days to show but it hasn't. (He sent on the 3rd of May Friday after 5pm)
The bank he used is bank of hope (Korean bank in US).
Now it's 10th of May but funds hasn't show up yet.

Sorry to hear this. This is well past the point of looking poorly for you. It may be time to call out the seller to get him moving (if he does indeed intend to). There is no way that a trusted seller here would: 1. Reneg on a deal after funds were sent
2. Take this long to refund.

Anyway, just to check, seller claimed that he went to a few police stations within the area, even in Gardena, they wouldn't take his case.
He was told to take it up to fedex for investigation.

I called my local bank just 5mins ago.
They say if the wire was made on Friday after the cut off time.
The first business day will only start on Monday (not including Monday itself since it's the time they're processing it.
So the bank of hope advise that 5 working days for the wire to appear.
So basically I have to wait till it's Monday (13th of May) for the funds to appear before bank of hope can open a case.

Sorry OP, sounds like a seller gone bad. You’ll probably need to fly over and schedule a face to face to resolve this. It’s the seller’s responsibility to get the watch to you as described - stolen/lost in transit does not lift that responsibility. You need to be made whole and refunded for the watch NOW. Let him deal with insurance and legal.
