New DJ41 with Jubilee

Hello

finally after lots of searching, i was able to get the rolex i wanted the most, DJ41 126334, fluted bezel, blue dial and jubilee.

It's super nice, but, i am kinda worried about the jubilee bracelet, does it stretch out like the older ones i see on some other's hands? This would literally piss me off if i see it stretching...

It has ceramic tubes in to prevent stretching. Nice watch you have I am hoping to add the rhodium dial with jubilee and fluted bezel next year. Had the TT Version but traded it in for the hulk

The SS jubilee on the DJ41 does not have ceramic tubes. The center links are solid unlike some of the older references. Even the TT bracelet does not have ceramic tubes. Rolex did a good job with these new bracelets

Sorry my mistake, the older ones are hollow and these are solid.

The daydate40 is the model that has ceramic sleeves around the pins or have I got that wrong as well����

Size it properly and keep it clean. It will probably last longer than you

To answer your question; no. Because the links are now solid instead of open they will last much much longer.

Congratulations, great choice

As for the jubilee bracelet, it is a joy to wear and the most comfortable feel on the wrist on par with the president bracelet IMO.

The new jubilee has solid links as opposed to hollow links (no ceramic sleeves as in the DD PT).

If you keep it clean and more importantly, adjust and wear it properly (not too loose) it will give you many many years of enjoyment.

You can do it yourself if you have some basic tools in house, but it’s best to leave it to an AD.

I'm trying to acquire the exact same watch. I'm not worried about excessive play in the bracelet. All bracelets will loosen up over time. Metal rubs against metal as you wear it and that loosens up the joints, no way to stop it whether it is Oyster of Jubilee. Older Jubilee's had a very different construction and dirt and grime that got into the links accelerated wear. The modern Jubilee have solid links and less susceptible. Since the Jubilee have more joints per linear inch than an Oyster there will be more tolerance that can build up due to wear. But keep the bracelet clean and you should not have a problem. The Jubilee is more comfortable than the Oyster (IMHO) and looks great with the fluted bezel. Don't over think it. It will be fine. Mine will out live me.

I can't say for the jubilee, but in the case of the oyster (from what i've read), it is metal against ceramic - not metal against metal. So they aren't susceptible to stretch like the previous hollow bracelets.
