Hulk Pricing in the UK
Hi All
Anybody know what has made the prices of the Hulk jump drastically the last few weeks? Are there more discontinuation rumors or just coming into line with the Batman possibly? There were 3 on Watchfinder yesterday, all at over £13,500 and one of them has already sold; over double retail! I've bought from Greys before and paid over retail but it's all getting a bit too rich for my blood now

Every time I see this watch I think of Erlich Bachman.

This year prices seem to be escalating, maybe it is the famed but illusive trickle down economics finally at work as Patek prices have gone stratospheric.

Whole tulip thing has been debunked multiple times
Unless supply spikes, this is the new normal

Agree 100%. And yet seemingly every day someone on here says that the increase in secondary Rolex watch prices is a "bubble like the tulips". Which is total rubbish of course.

Big thread on TZ-UK on how 3 Hulks were just sold to WF from a known fake scammer.

Trying not to be biased by the fact that I don't like the Hulk at all, I can't see how it could be worth BLNR/Oyster money on the grey market as it's still in the current line up. It just perplexes me.

It's nice to be in the presence of all these expert economists.
I firmly agree with about half of you. |

I'm watching this price thing with interest. I've heard a rumour (from a legit source) of the following...
1. Current Hulk has stopped being produced, in readiness for a new release next year, they are just getting though stock levels of new sales. 2. Hulks ARE being faked. Using aftermarket bezels and dials, Rolex service will return them to standard if the S/N does not match when sent in! Believe this or not... this is what I've heard! |
