Help with referencing the production date of Gmt ii C LN

i bought a Rolex GMT master ii black Ceramic from a pawn broker in UK called H&T pawnbrokers. only came with box and certificate of authentication card from pawnbrokers. These pawnbrokers are one of the largest in UK and check database with rolex when buying.

Paid £6,265 for it last month which is pretty good considering its discontinued. Condition was really good.

It has the blue lume indicies on dial and bead blasted clasp.

I was wondering when rolex stopped the greem lume and introduced the chromolight. I know they stopped with the bead blasting as well.

Likely 2008-2010... if it has a scrambled serial then 2011+

Is your serial scrambled?

There was never a way to get the exact production date by any chart only a approx indication when the case was stamped between X&Y years. Rolex USA registered a trademark on the term Chromalight in 2009.

V 2008 (Aug)
G 2010 (July) last of the single letter 6 number serials, from latter part 2010 some randoms started to appear these have now 8 digits mixture letters and numbers.
G 2010/ 2011 On Randoms till present time
