On the Air King 116900. Some one has to know. I asked several times already. If no one knows, just say so....:]

Can you show a photo? I'm tempted to guess "BacK Acier inOxydable" (back stainless steel).

My guess is:
BK = black dial AO = arabic numerals Looking up "Rolex BKAO" brings up Airking information but also shows some DJ models with this reference code and they are black dial with arabic numerals. |

A photo of the what I assume is a hallmark marking and not of the watch. Generally speaking BK is not used by Rolex for black; that usually is NR from the French noire.

I believe the question is about the watches model ID, 116900BKAO.

I did some research this afternoon looking for a definitive answer to no avail.
What I did find however was many Rolex reference numbers with the letters BKAO following them. What they all had in common was a black dial and Arabic Numbers or Numerals. So, I have to agree with others and conclude that the term means Black Dial, Arabic Ordinals. Ordinal Numbers
