Hand written too.
They usually come out of a printer.
Perhaps the economies so bad they are on stop with Corporate Express and Haven't got any printer ink left

Get a blue pen, and see how far to the left you can write numbers in and get it across the desk at your local bank, apparently there is a law against it, but I am sure they'll see the funny side
