Thanks in advance guys.

Significantly thicker and thus heavier. I found the exp II more comfortable. But you get the glidelock so it’s manageable.

I agree, the Exp 2 wears lighter and has a flatter caseback making it more comfortable.

The SD43 is a great reference that can be adjusted to fit comfortably, but for me it’s not a daily wearer

i think the previous posters cover it, but as i love both, i have a couple additions.

the weight of the 126600 is significant in comparison.

the 216570 fits beautifully under a jacket cuff or a glove; the 126600 does not always.

the glidelock does allow one to customize the fit a bit better, at least in my own experience but YMMV.

im less aware when i’m wearing the ex2, just because it’s so much lighter.

diameter-wise not much in it, but thickness-wise the SD43 is a chunk.

The SD43 is not as large as most people think. But in comparison to the explorer ii, the Explorer is a lot more comfortable because of its thinner case thickness and it’s a lot lighter. Both are amazing and I feel comfortable with either being my daily wearer.

Have both

SD43 - Slightly Top Heavy, takes a few hours to get used to, then you forget its there.
Exp II - Wears flat on wrist (less bulbous case back), looks aesthetically larger than it is

I enjoy the size of both- having 7.25” wrists. There are times I want to feel the weight/presence of a watch and the SD43 brings it. Other times, I don’t want to feel it and have the stealthier fit/feel of the 216570.

In either case, I find it easy to transition between the two.
