SS YM II 116680 on small wrist
YM II receive a lot hate from the community, i think its' those kind of watch that you have to try it on. I've been wearing it for the past 3 month almost every day, and i can confirm at least for my wrist, it's absolutely fine no problem at all, very comfortable and suits almost any outfit from smart casual to sports.
I have a small wrist 6.5" approx. 16.5 cm, 5 foot 10 tall, a lot of ppl tell me don't get YM II since it's a big guy watch, and small guy can't pull it off. Well after i tried it in AD, fall in love right away. Since the day i have YM II, i hardly put my Hulk and Batman on I felt sub and gmt look so small now... The wrist presence compare to SUB and GMT is just on a different level and you hardly see them in wild. I don't care what ppl says, it's a either love it or hate it type of watch. Anyway a quick wrist shot and a few other rolex |

Agree with everything you said. I also was blown away when I tried it on at an AD and it wore much better than I imagined (also have 6.5” wrist). The blue bezel is so vibrant and the whole watch just pops on the wrist.
Looks great on you, enjoy in good health!

Congratulations on a great watch!
Some watches you have to try on and see yourself in the mirror, full body, to finally decide if it is "too big" or not. |

It looks amazing on you, it's a great complication watch, and I personally really like it. From those people that I've read on here who have puled the trigger and bought one they only receive positive comments. I think it's a TRF thing the love hate thing.
Wear it in good health my friend.

Congratulations. I am glad you like it and the wear. In the end you are the one that decides if it works for you. I have all sizes of watches in my collection and I think that there is a place for each. Enjoy.

Agree with all your comments on the YMII. I love it and has been on my grail list since I tried it on at the AD. Great watch and great look.

I prefer the solid gold with platinum bezel. Too big for my wrist at 6.4 inches imo.

Refreshing to read.
I too have a 6.5” wrist. My smallest watch is a 40mm, with my largest my 44mm Breitling. Wear what makes you smile, and in good health.

It's a watch that was always meant to have a large wrist presence, so the large diameter just goes right along with it. I'm a big fan

I love it...and it looks good on you, IMO.
It was more of a question of an in-between fit for me, rather than size. |

I think it's too big. Looks like it's wearing you and not the other way around.

I support you in liking it. I'm sure her wrist is smaller than most anyone here and no one's complaining.

Small wrist-er's issue with the YM2 would be the weight rather than the size. The SS YM2 is heavier than a TT Daytona and wearing it snug like I do gets around the problem, makes it comfortable

Yes its 5.75in albeit a flat wrist makes it less challenging. I used to wear smaller watches, had an OP36. Realized contrary to logic and most opinions that small watches did no favours for me, actually accentuates the 'smallness' of the wrist!
