What would you recommend next?

I currently have a Sinn 556, BLRO and a DJII.

The Sinn is my “beater” vacation watch and I wear the other two in a regular rotation.

These are the watches that seem interesting to me now:

-Blancpain Bathyscape
-Rolex “Hulk”
-Omega Seedmaster
-Grand Seiko SBGA229

What would you recommend?

A white dial speedmaster. Planting the seed in your brain that there are a number of speedy variants.

Seamaster 300 42 MM with blue dial or a grey dial. Very nice watch and a fantastic value. You might want to consider a white dial IWC Portofino on leather strap.

Thanks to everyone for all the ideas and replies do far!

I’ll have to check out the Speedmaster variations. Is there a good online resource that includes them all?

Also would like to add that I could likely get most any model Rolex from AD, however anything I purchased I would be keeping, so take future resale value out of the equation.

Thanks,
Matt

I'd go with a Chronograph. Diversify your bonds.

I was going to say grab a Daytona, but given the wait for those what about a Speedy like others have suggested on here?

I think that every collection needs the Speedmaster. An absolute icon that is easy to dress up and down, goes with the bracelet, strap, and about any NATO out there, and it adds a chronograph complication to your rotation.

Speedy, for strap versatility on this question. All of your pieces have bracelets. However why is it that your sinn is the beater vacation watch, when the gmt can handle that role quite nicely? I use my Daytona as my beater vacation watch, trust me rolex can survive it.

The Hulk if your money is right and the Speedmaster if you want a great watch at 1/5 the price of the Hulk.

I think a Speedmaster would compliment your collection nicely. I would go for a vintage one.

The main reason is because I have the bracelet sized a little loose for the inevitable vacation swelling :)
