In the Wild

This week was very busy for me, flying all around the country.

In Austin, I met a great group at Army Futures Command, where I met a Colonel that was wearing a GMT BLRO jubilee - looked great on him. I commented at the end of the brief on his Pepsi, which led to 5-6 mins geeking out on Rolex.

Then in Houston, while riding the rental car trolley to the airport, a couple in late thirties got on with their young child in a stroller. He was wearing an SD43, which I noticed but didn’t say anything until he complimented me on my Deep Blue. Great conversation.

Landed in Tampa and saw a guy wearing white dial Daytona 116520. Didn’t look great on him actually, which I think is just my feeling about that watch. I’ve seen the 500 black cerachrome version in the wild a couple months back while at Disney, and that one looked great!

Anyway, tell us what you’ve seen lately and how you thought it looked.

I know, didn’t happen without pics, but I don’t feel comfortable taken pics of other guys. But, at least here is my watch along for the trip!
