Rolex is as good as AP to me. AP royal oak has better finishes than a sub ,but well it should at 20,000$ usd. The royal oak does not have better finishes than a day date in my opinion, as both are equal. Just my opinion. AP msrp is fsr higher than Rolex in most cases and the two . Both make great pieces. I’d throw JLC in there as well. A reverso for the money has amazing finishes, tradition, and engineering ingenuity. I believe Rolex and AP complement one another rather well. For Rolex to be reliable and have such an amazing adjustable bracelet says a lot.
