It seems like the only way you're going to be happy is to take the watch in to the RSC and have them take a look at it. I'd caution you though that you never know and you could get your watch back and something else could be wrong with it...not saying it will happen but I've seen where other members send their watch in for something small and it comes back with a scratched case or something like that.
