Have been wanting to pick up a Seiko for some time, specifically a diver. This will be my first Seiko. There are many great choices and I want to make sure I’m not overlooking something. I’m considering the skx007j1 and the srpe03 (after swapping the steel bracelet for a black silicone Seiko). I’m also a fan of the spb079, spb077 and spb087 line, but didn’t know if the added cost was worth it. Any recs on which one to go with? Feel free to chime in with your favorite Seiko diver under $1k.
