Datejust 1601 Tiffany Dial

I'm new to the vintage rolex world and was hoping to get some thoughts on this Tiffany Dial Datejust 1601 on chrono24 - sold by a Swiss/German company called Rent a box, listed under the title
"Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust ''Tiffany & Co'' - Ref. 1601 - AS NEW" (sorry, I'm not able to post link since I'm new here).

I've read the authenticity sticky thread, but just wanted to hear some general thoughts about this piece.

Too risky? Any red flags? Legit or no? Anyone know anything about this seller? Go for it or avoid?

There is a blemish around the 58 min marker on the dial.

Sorry for such noob questions but hoping to get the collective wisdom of this forum before I make a purchase.
