I can answer your second question. I highly recommend Herndon Clock & Watch located in downtown Herndon, VA. Dung Lam is the owner and watchmaker who is certified in Rolex and Omega and has done excellent repair work for me over the years for Rolex and non-Rolex both vintage and modern. I won’t go to anyone else.
