Greetings from Denver!
Hello TRF!
Long-time viewer - first time poster. Always felt like the coveted "special" forum that I had to eventually earn to be a part of, rather than stumbling into. Love being here! Growing up, I always felt like Rolex was a brand for "that guy" that I simply never wanted to be. It wasn't until I got much older (and - hopefully - a bit wiser) that I began understanding the history and heritage of the brand. After owning a small handful of Omegas, the Swiss timepiece portal opened up and I went down the rabbit hole... Just broke the mold earlier this year with a neo-vintage no-date Submariner (ref. 14060) and almost immediately after putting it on the wrist - I knew I needed more. Began researching Explorers right away, and hope to one day have more of a collection, but right now am deep in the trenches of a GMT Master hunt and hope to pull the trigger on one reasonably soon. Lookin forward to diving into the breadth of work and knowledge that TRF has to offer and connecting with the members. Seems like an awesome community of enthusiasts! Cheers, Matt |
