buying online?

Ive decided on buying the AK with silver face.... It is $4200 from my AD with a 10% discount for paying cash, but Im in Texas and can add 8% sales tax... so Ive been looking at some online dealers..... alanfurman.com and also swissluxury.com....... are these type places reputable?? will I be getting a new watch, with all the correct papers??..... when it needs to be serviced, where would I take it?, just send it back to rolex?? any help would be greatly appreciated as Id like my first buying experience to be a good one.....
