6466 - authentic or repainted/remodelled?

Oracles!

I’m about to purchase may first ever Rolex, for daily wearing. I’ve fallen for this 1945 6466 model (I know it’s only 31mm) but that’s perfect for me!

Wondered if you can offer some advice - no better place to ask!;

1) does the dial look re-painted/elements replaced? Owner says it is fully authentic but it looks in incredible condition for a watch of 75 years, is this possible? Also, any idea whether the pink gold case was available in this model?

2) ballpark-wise, what kind of cost would be appropriate for this watch?

3) any “red flags”to consider with this model/age/condition?

Thanks so so much
