This is my second transaction with Chase (Nashville Watch) - 1st time being a straight purchase a couple years back - this time we did a trade making the exchange during the massive winterstorm that hit their part of the country pretty hard last week.

Chase (and Austin) were proactive and professional in their communications, keeping me informed on a daily basis as we had to deal with some FedEx service disruptions based on weather impacts.

Things thawed out, FedEx slowly got back to moving, and my incoming piece in the trade arrived here this week as promised - I am thrilled with it...all's well that ends well.

Bottom line - I'd highly recommend Chase and his team at Nashville Watch - rain, snow, or sunshine.
