New member, new DD40 and a question

Hello, all!

Long time lurker, new registered member here.

I've been a Rolex lover since I was a teen--my first love was a TT bluesy, which I poorly filled with a look-alike Invicta. How times (and income) have changed!

I soon gave up the "wannabe" watch and replaced it with a Hamilton, then a Stowa Marine, which I still have.

I then graduated to a SS ceramic sub--which I've had as a daily wearer for over a decade now. But earlier this year I picked up this beauty--a YG DD40.

I'm already looking at "what's next" and am eyeing the new WG GMT Master II. I'm torn though between the blue dial and meteorite dial. My gut says blue dial as it is more subtle and a bit less busy, but having not seen the meteorite dial in the flesh, I am conflicted. I've seen some shots and video that makes the meteorite dial look spectacular and others where it looks "meh." I wish there was more contrast with the indices.

On the counterpoint, I wonder if I get the blue dial, given how close the watch is to the SS version, if I am going to regret not getting a more unique and distinctive dial exclusive to the WG watch. First world problems for sure!
