I don’t like to even put things into that category. I like what I like and try not to care what others think of it (otherwise I probably wouldn’t have bought my Sea Dweller to begin with - though I admit I usually don’t wear it in the office).
Next on my list is a Omega Speedmaster 1861, then the Tudor Heritage Chrono in blue and orange, the IWC petit prince Mark XVIII, and the Aquaterra world timer. Maybe after all that if I get that far I may consider a 36mm Explorer (yes, I like black, blue and steel). All probably “lesser” watches and brands - some not even with “in-house movement” and such. But honestly, I don’t like any of the new Rolex watches or any of the “must have” celebrity brands (most of which are too expensive, out of reach for me, but I simply am not even a fan. Not interested in AP, Patek or East German watches). |
