We witnessed a young man with dark hair lift a briefcase from an American woman and man on a train out of Brussels before we left the station. Unfortunately for the young man, the woman was apparently not afraid and caught up to him on the platform snatching the case violently off his shoulder. She may have dislocated his shoulder as he ran away. They said he was probably a Romani man? I had zero problems in Barcelona in 2019 and wore my DSSD, also in Paris and Brugge.
