Vintage Bucherer Incabloc 5 ATM Chronograph Reverse Panda Valjoux 72 Rare

For sale is a very good condition all original 38mm stainless steel Bucherer Incabloc 5 ATM Reverse Panda Chronograph. The Incabloc was most likely produced sometime between the late 1960s and early 1970s, and is accompanied by two unworn Hide & Alloy quick release calfskin leather straps.

The Bucherer features a polished steel case, which is accented by a bidirectional 60 minute timer bezel. The Bucherer is currently mounted on an unworn ecru colored calfskin leather Hide & Alloy strap, which is secured by a tang buckle. The Bucherer features a gorgeous black reverse panda dial, which was made by Singer who also made the legendary “Paul Newman” Exotic dials for the  4 digigt reference Rolex Daytona models. The movement used in the 5 ATM is the legendary Valjoux 72. A unique aspect about the Bucherer is that it is nearly identical to the Croton Skymaster and BWC chronograph from the same era. All three watches share the exact same components, with the only difference being the branding on the dial and case back, thus making the Bucherer a true vintage gem.

Overall the Bucherer is in very good condition and has been preserved well, with the only imperfection being some lume missing on the hour hand.
