Hi all I have a Rolex explorer ii 16570 model and was wondering if there any aftermarket add on that I can put in the bracelet so it has a quick micro adjustment? The micro adjustment on my watch is either too tight or too loose.

I like the slide adjustment that’s on the omega seamaster and Rolex submariner.
Is there anything I can do to modify my bracelet so I can do micro adjustments on the fly?
