Zucchini flowers
It's that time of year when we can enjoy zucchini flowers. Our neighbour gave us a bag full and other neighbours didn't realise these fellas are delicious. Last night I cooked a bunch in light batter an the missus took half of them them over to the donating friends...... [ I doubt they will be giving them away next year
 ] The rest I used with sweet potato, rosemary and garlic to make a frittata.Anyone else enjoy these??
