Got the call for my wife’s first Rolex - 36mm Datejust Pink Roman Numeral Dial with Diamond Bezel

Wasn’t a completely unexpected call - she picked this one out last summer - had to wait to October to put a special order in as this is not a reference they receive - was told it would arrive sometime between January & August……

Nonetheless we were still excited for the call - it’s a beautiful piece and it looks amazing on my wife…..

We were offered one of the beautiful new floral dial 31mm DJ right just prior to ordering - it really was a beautiful piece and tough to turn down - my wife really preferred the larger dial and Roman numerals to her better see and read the time - even though she has tiny wrists!

Was shocked at what a behemoth my Sub is next to it….
