Yes, I agree with this.

In banking there are regulations for anti-tying. As in bankers cannot sell products to corporate customers on favourable terms in return for other large fee business (i.e. have to treat all customers equally). So it baffles me that there are laws to protect large corporates but not common man in such situations.
