How to adjust jubilee bracelet new GMT-II

Hello.

Gotta new 2023?GMT-II yellow gold /steel with new jubilee bracelet…I know how to extend the 5mm extension mechanism on the bracelet.

My question is that one way to further expand the watch is through the relocation at the clasp the bracelet where it has three little depressed holes that one can adjust the bracelet to expand or reduce the watch comfort.

Currently mine is at the farthest in hole, and would like to know how to move it to the middle/second hole or third hole (to make watch looser). Is this to be made only by watchmaker at AD , or could one do this with a particular tool?
Sorry hope it’s clear what I would like to learn: how to do this myself and what tool is needed? I don’t want to scratch or damage bracelet.

Is there a video how to do this?

Wish all bracelets had the easy slider version system.

Much appreciated.
