Introducing myself!

Hi everybody,

after long lurking, I've finalyy made up my mind and join this wonderful forum!

My name in Andrea and I'm a 42 years old guy from Italy: I do love watches and I'm constantly looking for new ways to improve my collection, in spite of my lovely wife's control!!

I've found this board to be one of the finest on the whole web.

In my household fine watches and Rolexes are alway welcome: my grandad started in the 50ies with a Ref. 4645 in Gold (Cioccolatone) that I rarely use (better safe in a bank?), my bro's got a LV and now I proudly own a GMT IIc and my wife sports a 1970's SS DateJust with a fancy blue dial.

I also own two IWCs, a Moonwatch Omega, a small but wonderful 1917 Waltham and small circa 1930 lovely English watch, made by Smith & Son, Trafalgar Square.

After this boring introduction, all I've left to say is that I've been (and will be) always happy to read posts here and to learn more and more about my beloved Crowned Watches from Geneva!
