Going today to pick this one up!

A little back story… I never had this one on my list of watches but asked in December if I could possibly acquire for a sentimental reason.

My dad passed away in mid-December and he didn’t leave any really heirloom type items. His favorite band was Fleetwood Mac. Mick Fleetwood wore a Rolex Sub (solid gold I believe) and famous bashed a Rolex in on one of his “spiritual” travels. After my dad’s stroke several years ago, when I would stop in, I would bring him Starbucks as he liked the hot mochas and Frapacinnos.

I talked to the Rolex AD about this and my desire to make this my item to commemorate my dad’s passing. I did tell them the no date or bluesy would be great also for this purpose as the LV is hard to get.

They reached out yesterday that they had one for me and I will be getting today! It will be very special and be passed eventually to one of my daughters. Pictures later!
