Need Help Finding Mid-Sized BEATER watch

Guys and Gals-

My father-in-law works in a restaurant and is very tough on watches. Needs something all metal (bracelet) that is waterproof. Ti would be ideal b/c he wants it light. Here is his list of demands!

needs 40mm max size (smaller is fine, but not ladies)
needs to be analog
needs to be all metal
needs to be waterproof
needs to be somewhat tough
needs to be light
prefers arabic dials
quartz or auto (no manual)
needs to be under $500

Ideas?
