Good Guys Story...
Not sure if allowed, I was referred to Radcliffe Jewelers, specifically Todd, for a Breitling purchase.
I am thousands of miles away, I ordered a new Breitling Chrono Evo, Slate gray dial on black subs with SS Bracelet. When I got it I noticed how difficult it is to fit your finger in the space provided to open that beautiful bracelet, and how difficult it was to operate. Todd assured me that I could have it loosened, but even then I would not be able to fit my finger (i am not a fat person) under the space as it is just too small.. I asked if I could send it back which I did the same day, he allowed me to use his fed ex account which is insured, thus I could avoid the hassle of registered usps, i Paid of course but only $25... He gave me a credit, well I dont have it yet but sure I will get it. He was also nice about it, could have told me I was a pain in the you know what but he didnt. His prices are insane, too, by the way...My point? Todd and Radcliffe are good guys... |
