I love Rolex, but I think you made the right choice. And, FWIW and despite what some will say, I associate Omegas with being younger as well.

right now, i am more or less decided to go with speedy first....IMHO gives me a younger image

now deciding which speedy to get......hmmmm i like the 50th anni, cause it comes with the original hand-winding movement plus the heftiness of the saphire glass.....
