Bluesy returned.... But still happy.
Hi there guys,
You might remember me getting the Bluesy two weeks ago? From the start I heard that it was having a bit of noise from the pendulum, but being another caliber than my GMT, I didn't think much of it. Wore it, loved it, everything was perfect. Then, I stumbled upon the thread about a noisy rotor, reading the thread I was sure that my Bluesy's rotor was not only worn, but most likely half-loose since I could hear it banging against the caseback and caliber... I was devastated... Thinking it has probably scratched the movement too... So I whent back to my dealer, (this was a used one) he's a nice guy, and obviously noted the problem right away. He offered my money back, or send it to service on his account, but I took a brand new (never worn) D-serial LV sub instead. Boy I'm happy, after all, the bluesy would have been a dream come true, but I love the LV too!!! For now, I'll just lick my Bluesy wound and be glad that there was no hazzle with the return/exchange. My dealer, certainly knows how to keep his customers happy! Thanks Juha (if you are reading)! |
