Georgian (country) Olympic luge competitor dies in accident during training run today
An Olympic Luge competitor has died after running off the track at 90mph and striking a pole - Team Georgia has withdrawn from the competition - officials in consultation about track and safety.
The curve he went off was nick named "50/50" by the competitors. Very very sad.
