question on condition of movement
Newbie here and not quite a WIS yet, but I got a question about this picture of a movement that I hope the trained eyes in this forum can help explain.

In the picture, a little to the left of the word ROLEX, you can see little scratch marks all around the edge of the center ring. Gold colored scratches. What does it mean? Normal or badly damaged?
