Yachtmaster price and origin question

Hi , looking at a Yachtmaster 16622 , and here are some real examples - would appreciate your comments ( I am not decided whether the difference in price is enough for a used model )

New watch - GBP 5000 ( USD 7500 )
Used watches - GBP 4000 ( USD 6000 ) , there are 2 available , either a 2008 originally sourced in the Far East , or a 2004 model from UK.

1) Do you think the price of the new or the used is " better "?
2 ) Does the country of origin make a difference ( the shop says that the diff in price is just to different sellers asking different amounts )?

Thanks as always
