Absolutely Torn
Well hello there!
I have a little dilemma here, i am absolutely torn between an Explorer 1 (39mm) and a Explorer 2. I have looked at both at my AD (well the 36mm since the 39mm isnt in yet) and i really cant make up my mind. there are so many great points to both, the white dial, extra hand and date are very nice on the expl 2, however i do like the class and simplicity of the expl.1. I know there's been criticism on the new expl 1 and the non-lumineciant 3-6-9 however i quite like it, in fact i wish the 12'oclock was non-lum as well. i do agree that the hands should have been enlarged to suit the new watch but not a deal breaker for me. The expl 2 is a fantastic looking watch as well, and does offer a few more features than the expl.1. so all i can say is i am torn, what have you guys/gals done to "decide" when faced with this dilemma? Being my first rolex, i am very indecisive...any help would be appreciated. J |
