Pls help identifying this rolex? Never seen one like this...

I've been looking for the perfect Rolex and in my head, I've had a datejust / oyster with a red seconds hand, just don't know if it actually existed (other than the turn-o-graph).

Then I found this!

According the the seller, the dial has been refurbished and the strap is new, which could indicate this watch may be original but heavily modded?

I've also been advised it's a fake but can anyone else here shed some light?
